They have a Carne Asada steak. That is absolutely amazing. Always cooked nice as that barbecue taste. You can either put it in a tortilla or eat it yourself. Good experience.

If you're looking for authentic mexican food this is not the place. Chips and salsa were decent. I got the sopes and they were pretty decent minus the fact that my braised beef had a metallic and off-putting after taste that personally made it inedible to me and my husband. However when removing the meat the sope itself was pretty good. My husband got the shrimp fajitas and loved it! Service was fantastic! Tristin was our waiter and was really attentive to us. I really wish we were seated at a different table, however because we were right next to the door that led outside and it would frequently be left cracked open, and the freezing air would blow onto us for the majority of our dinner. Overall I personally wouldn't return but my husband said he would. I would give this place a 3.5 if possible.

Well it was very busy last night so there was a long wait. Chicken fajitas were good but they only give you 3 tortillas for a big portion of fajitas! Delicious chips with 2 different salsas are served when you're seated. The red salsa was very good. They will bring a hot salsa if you request. The restaurant seemed disorganized as empty tables for 20 minutes with many guests waiting

We tried Casa de Mina for a late lunch date. The interior of the restaurant was clean and bright. They have plenty of seating and can accommodate large parties. We ordered chips and queso as well as a chicken chimichanga. The portions are quite large and can be shared.

We came here with a large group for a late lunch during the holiday season. There was one other party here, so we had our choice of the place. Even so, it felt understaffed with one guy working the front room and one person working the kitchen. This meant that the front room man had to make drinks, take orders, and also watch to see if anyone else would come in. Ultimately, he seemed a little too busy and it made things move pretty slowly. Once we did get the food, my chile verde was delicious. It really filled me up and was the perfect amount of food. Somewhat counterintuitively, I'd recommend going during a busier time of day because there's probably an appropriate number of people working so you will have less issues with getting things promptly.

Best Mexican (Authentic) I've had in the state of Arizona - De La Cruz in Gold Canyon is second to Casa De Mina! The Fajitas are delicious, the Chimi is crispy and fantastic and the enchiladas with the avocado crema is super delicious - service was attentive and prompt! The restaurant is very Spanish in decor and the layout is not obtrusive or annoying - a little loud as it gets busy...

Stopped in for lunch today, didn't realize they had a lunch menu. Very reasonable prices, with typical selection of burritos, tacos, enchiladas. I opted for the green chili chicken enchilada lunch. They happened to be out of refried beans at the exact moment we ordered. Instead of waiting our server suggested replacing it with corn. It was delicious. Our server was prompt and gracious. The environment was very nice, especially since there were no tvs to offer distractions.
